Non-Refundable: All package purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where treatments remain unused due to medical reasons, schedule changes, or personal decisions.

Expiration: The treatments within the package must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused treatments will be forfeited.

Appointment Scheduling: All treatments included in the package are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

4.

Modification or Extension: The package terms, including the treatments, duration, and expiration date, cannot be modified or extended beyond the stipulated validity period.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline: To be eligible for a refund or rescheduled appointment, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time.

Cancellations Within 12 Hours: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled treatment time may result in the forfeiture of the treatment and associated charges.

3.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, resulting in the forfeiture of the treatment and associated charges.

4.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time.

5.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment duration may be adjusted to ensure we maintain our schedule for other clients.

6.

Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-4 days and will be issued to the original payment method.
